Each month, Convivio travels to a single place: its slopes, its cellars, and the people who tend them. A grower who has farmed the same hill for forty years. A family that presses at midnight. A bottle chosen because it moved me first, and because it speaks honestly of where it comes from.
This is the thread I've pulled for twenty years: real relationships with growers across Italy and Europe, the kind that open doors and rare cellars. That access is what I bring to the table, and it isn't something you can buy off a list.
