Each month, Convivio travels to a single place: its slopes, its cellars, and the people who tend them. A grower who has farmed the same hill for forty years. A family that presses at midnight. A bottle chosen because it moved me first, and because it speaks honestly of where it comes from.
This is the thread I've pulled for twenty years: real relationships with boutique growers across Italy, Europe and beyond, the kind that open doors and rare cellars. That access is what I bring to the table, and it is earned one visit at a time.

Once in a while, a bottle stops me in my tracks: something rare, sometimes an old vintage, always singular. When that happens, it's offered on its own, priced on its own, first come, first served. Pure access, one bottle at a time.
